Program preparation work

 

Each team member is to complete the TAIS Assessment exercise prior to the session. A team assessment profile will be compiled from the individual assessment profiles and used as part of the session.

 

Each team member will receive feedback on his or her assessment prior to the session as well. Feedback will ideally to given in person or by phone if necessary.
