Coach-Play1You owe it to your organization and to the people you work with to develop and coaching, mentoring, and advisor mindset. Most of all you owe this to you. One of the best ways to learn, refreshes, and solidify knowledge and experience is to help others help themselves and grow!

We are all in a position to coach, advise, & mentor. At times we may not realize it but it’s true. From the book “Invisible Spotlight” comes the realization that we are all in the spotlight. People are watching us all the time and learning from us. We can make this experience a positive or negative one; the choice is largely up to us.

With this realization comes a huge burden of responsibility. Regardless of your role in an organization your responsibility is to develop yourself and the people around you.
